that don't mind the public having knowledge of the fact that
they are having a sale. The buyer turnout would be
diversified and the size of the turnout would fluctuate on a
given day. This is the sale that you will often see in the
newspapers.
2. PRIVATE AUCTION FORMAT: This is for
people that like things done on a private level. No signs in
the neighborhood or newspaper ads. However, these
auctions are throughly advertised in a different way (see
About Private Auctions).
The buyer turnout can be calculated somewhat, as well as a
buyer (to type of items selling) ratio can be determined a
little better. (i.e. if you have antiques, then for sure you want
antique buyers there, if you have flea market items, then
you want that type of buyer there).
This option helps to eliminate the concern of whom will
show up that day.
**We specialize in on-site auctions which can
often be throughly completed within 5-7 days.
3. CONSIGNMENTS: This can be a very helpful
option for people that don't really have enough things for
an auction themselves, but yet they need a few things sold.
We gladly take consignments, giving you a full listing of
your items before we leave with them. We then sell them at
another location and send you a full accounting of their sale
with your check for payment.
4. DIRECT BUY OUTS: Where we may come in and
buy the entire contents of an estate or a group of things that
you have to sell. This option is very useful when time is of
the essence.
5. DIRECT PURCHASES: Where we may come and
buy just certain items that you have available for sale.
6. CONTACTS YOU MAY REQUIRE: People to
purchase things from you that perhaps we don't purchase.
Possible people to haul off things for you that just won't sell
at all.
